I thought it was marijuana when I first looked at the picture:). Never heard of broccoli sprouts. I spent time a few years ago watching a bunch of YouTube videos on rye/wheat sprouts grown hydroponically and used to feed pigs and cattle. Apparently they do extraordinary eating sprouts and they digest them well. Do your broccoli sprouts taste good? Do you put anything on them or cook them?
This is the video I got most of my info from. If you watch it at 1.25 or 1.5x the speed itll go by faster but its worth the listen if youre interested.
You can sprinkle the sprouts on salads, or freeze them then put them in a shake. When you freeze them they are 2x as healthy...im sure if you listen to this video youll be like "WOW" a couple of times!

No problem. If you go for walks, hit the gym, or do housework ect I recommend listening to all of the Dr rhonda patrick Joe rogan podasts...she is just full of information, from vitamin d3 to sugars effects on the gut body and mind
