Edit: I noticed you haven't calimed any rewards. You should go to your wallet and do that. SBD is a token that can be traded for steem, SBD is supposed to be pegged to a US dollar, right now it is above that. Steem is the real crypto-currency that is meant to be traded. You can power up your steem to become steem power which gives your votes more weight, or you can sell steem for other currencies. Instead of letting your rewards sit, it would be best to at least power up, giving your upvotes, and curation rewards a boost.
