I stopped buying early access games a long time ago. I made an exception for Astroneer and a few others but they almost always lead to disappointment.

Most of them get the influx of money with an unfinished game and lots of promises. A year or two go by and they still not much further along.

My biggest change though for Steam games specifically (STEAM not STEEM), I primarily only consider games with overwhelmingly positive. I found limiting to these games and maybe very positive I tend to have better results.
