This video differences is obviously because of the game.
Each game is built on a different engine. So it has different appearance on each setup. Some games are also playing better on nvidia cards than amd or the opposite..
Then it is about gameplay. I think pc is better for fps and strategy games.
Console is better for action games and for play with your friends games.
