Capcom makes several new games in RE Engine
It is not known how many games are involved
Publisher Capcom is working on several new games that use the RE Engine.
The studio says that. A week and a half ago, the company announced all its quarterly fiscal figures, and now an English translation of the interview with investors has been published to prove this.
Capcom has used the RE Engine for Resident Evil 7, the remake of Resident Evil 2 and Devil May Cry 5. "The games developed this generation with the RE Engine have been critically received," the company said. "From the first moment we worked on the engine, we kept the possibility of scaling it up to the next generation. The RE Engine is one of our strengths that will help us develop games in the next generation "
Capcom is not yet announcing which games are involved. "We cannot report exactly how many titles are involved, but several games are being developed that use the RE Engine."
