Yep, both parts are in VR. I have a controller in each hand that looks like a thick wand that has a light on the end the Ps4's camera uses to track my movement. There are a few buttons on the controller so I can activate stuff. VR is a lot of fun and really immersive. Beatsaber is the simplest game to play. I'm playing on expert difficulty, but it's got much easier settings so even my 60-year-old dad can play it and have fun. It's really intuitive. You just swing the sword in the direction the block tells you to.

I have a few other VR videos on my account of some other games. One is a flight simulator and it is REALLY fun. It feels just like you're flying a plane. So much so that it can give some people motion sickness. :( Some games give me motion sickness and I find playing in short bursts allows me to build up a tolerance and then I can play for hours without any motion sickness.

So its a PS4 VR, I did not even know they had VR, I am getting further and further out of touch with current computer/console upgrades. Another good reason for me to try to stay on the steem block chain, to keep from falling even further into the abyss of computer unknowns.
