PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS IS THE 3ST MOST SOLD GAME OF STEAM
PlayerUknown's Battlegrounds is the third best selling game in Steam history, according to Gabe Newell, president of the platform during the presentation of Artifact, the new card game of the DOTA universe.
Speaking about Valve's investment in hardware and technology, he has said that there is a "big gap" in the market after the release of Dota 2 that they have "plugged" with PlayerUnkown's Battlegrounds.
"You can have a relatively new game like PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and you can capitalize it through a lot of technology and the fact that China has had a great acceptance for multiplayer titles, where there is a big market for everyone," he said.
