have seen dues ex played on a gtx 970 all maxed out and the fps is alot faster than your chart stated. Also i have tomb raider and i get average off about 50 - 60 fps on my overclocked gtx970 paired with my i7 4790k. I totally agree with Quantum break which is a load of horse dodo and must be avoided at all costs.
Maybe results different because of first day patch or new driver. There is pre-release test (19 august 2016).
