Practicing for the Big Event!

You may or may not know this, depending on how long you've been following me on Steemit, but I do some catering during the summer.

It's reaching the end of fall, but sometimes I get random bookings that dip almost all the way to December!

I have an event tomorrow and I wanted to make sure these platters came out well, so I was just practicing for the big event before I went out there and put on the show!!
