Two week strike in Finland causes shortage of underwear
A week ago started strike in Finland that caused ports to not process any containers that contain anything else than medicine or food that spoils. The strike is expected to end later this week.
People were scared that it results in shortage of fuel as crude oil is imported. So far only diesel fuel has had major shortages causing older non-electric buses to decrease route frequency.
On the other hand, clothes like underwear have major shortages as they are generally imported due to lower labour costs. Some "normal" sizes are already out of stock, and only very large sizes are still available.
