Hmm! When did tramadol started working as paracetamol @kingernie. That your friend eeh! Yu gotta wash that your friend o be careful with him. Shea I don't know the level of your friendship with him. One day i repeat one day he will tell you to drink petrol or acid to quench cold.

    It is a pain killer so it can actually be substituted for paracetamol... with the right dosage of course.
