That is what they told us about Steemit - and then they brought in the worst advertisers (google) who have done so much to destroy our freedoms. So, I'll take this with a pinch of salt until I see it happen.
I would have also liked to be given some info about how safe the phone will be to use. Will it be 5G? Then I see that as a serious problem. Take a look at which areas are banning 5g...you'll see it is being banned around the most expensive suburbs and schools.
Now, if someone can combine this advanced technology with a new and safe method of communication, I'll celebrate for all of mankind.

Yes, 5g is banning in some country because of the myth of radiation of service providers. But here calls and data transferred from one node to another node without a service provider. There is no word like radiation in Blockchain technology. With the revolution, we can hope for a terrible speed of data transformation between nodes.
First of all, it is not a myth. Belgium does not allow 5g in their capital city (maybe because of the EU officials). In every area where billionaires live, 5G is banned. You think those people are stupid and believe myths, but you are smarter than them?
As for no service providers...fine, so...how will these miraculous phones contact the internet? Surely there must be some towers/masts to send on the signal...or are they just going to send their own signals to steemit, for example, so that I can make a post here?

No am telling on the basis of some study where a service provider can control radiation levels like 3g and 4g. If radiation is a problem then you can stop using mobile and my above article is not about 5g radiation so why we are talking irrelevantly in the comment box.
Yes if some study telling 5g radiation is harmfull then there are so many studies where they described 5g is as normal as 4g so don't go with one...because when 4g launched so many smart people also telling 4g harmful because they belong to those company who had don't the ability to lunch 4g at that moment.
and yes now also that type of company making paid study where they publish 5g is harmful because of they want to stop that company which has 5g technology. so please no comment about 5g
