   It's my older brother Jose, he's been driving my car for a week since his is in the shop needing some major repairs he can't afford at the moment.

Prognosis/Assessment.- I love my brother, but he needs to be slapped. Chances are the car is toast, he described smoke, weird sounds, it probably overheated so much it killed the hamsters inside the engine.

My actions.- None at the moment, considering driving it into the ocean, but no can do, it won't drive.
