He certainly has, and for the community over the past year, I can't think of anyone more suitable to hit top 20.
It's good that new accounts cannot spam the system, but I feel for those who want to do good stuff as soon as they join up.
Pretty tough to come up with the right algorithm first time out, I suspect there could be tweaks made to find the right balance here.
