Looks yummy! I love wild mushrooms. Actually, oyster mushrooms were the most recent ones I harvested (a couple of years ago - Wyoming isn't the greatest place to find good mushrooming.) I saw them from the road and had to cross a small stream to get to them, but I harvested about two pounds of very large mushrooms.
