I enjoy growing fruit, figs, blackberries, blueberries, and muscadines.

My favorite tree is the fig. I bought one from the Louisiana agricultural department. They actually raised a plant specific to the area. It puts on figs twice a year.

My family's favorite is the blueberry but I think everyone likes blueberries.

The blackberry bush makes enough for me to flavor a tea or smoothie. Only I eat those.

The muscadine vine tries to take over the world. It needs lots of manicuring but it makes some many grapes. Great for wines and jellies.
