RE: 36 hours to make history with the Big Easy Book Bomb

Best $123k anyone in the LP EVVVVVVER raised and spent. What is so great about the whole thing is: the campaign can duplicate it anywhere; anytime.

Let's compare it to simply sending out flyers, post cards or brochures in the mail... which, to have any real effect has to be repeated about 7 times to the same mailbox. And you can't put ads on (or in) that stuff.

One can't emphasize the effect an advertiser causes by "sanctioning" such material with his "stamp of approval" within.

I envision the next "phase" to be aiming at college students. Blast mail them when they return in the fall. Every mailbox; every dorm room. Every professor; every department. (they can't allllll be commies, can they? LOL)

Holy Crap... this ain't your daddy's LP any more!

I really like the idea of blanketing the universities. Minds are (hopefully) still forming and critical thinking should be at its highest - what's not to like about freedom?

We have too many commies already, time to start growing some free men on those campuses.

every class at every college campus features a few gadflies. Problem is, the tools which have been available to him have always lacked in some capacity or another. When you hear what Adam went through to put his book together while in jail, one can conceive how this "Freedom!" book stands heads and shoulders above any past attempts for such provision. And we add now, the availing of audio readings of the book, for free, on line through YouTube.... easily passed around.

If one can convince a friend to at least give it to the 8:05 mark, he will be hooked.

I look forward to what happens when the campaign "carpet bombs" a campus of 20k or more all at once. How can the kids not start talking about it?
