It should be possible to 'keep up appearances' with mainstream social platforms while spending time investing on decentralized networks as they grow. For those who cannot afford to simply quit mainstream, they can get the best of both Worlds that way
exactly. And I think because of this the trickle they try to put a bandaid over will suddenly pour out of them.
