Which Forex Strategy do Pro Traders use

Forex strategy is the most inportant in your trading plan.
All most of retail traders can not identify their strategy
=> They was fail
But I see that, pro trader trade don't need a strategy.
=> They still win.

Can you tell me why, please ?
