Foraging Yellow Dock

Instead of the usual two plant episode, this is a special on yellow dock because there was so much to say about it. If you know something else about yellow dock that we missed, please let me know!
I didn't say much about the Swamp Dock in the video but besides the leaves being edible when cooked, the roasted roots make a coffee.
