EPL - Refs to Dish Out Red Cards for Offensive Language

New rules to be applied for 16/17 season on-wards. 

Focus is on behaviour towards match officials.

Yellow Cards:

• Dissent towards match officials.
• Physical contact with match officials (non-aggressive).
• Surrounding match official.

Red Cards:

• Offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures towards match officials.
• Physical contact with match officials (aggressive or confrontational).

Rules will apply to players and club staff alike.
