EPL Player of the Gameweek 2: Sergio Kún Aguero
It's game week two and the big boys are already setting the pace. Last week, Everton new boy, Richarlison was my pick of the Gameweek and although, he got on the scoresheet again with the winning goal as the Toffees downed Wolves, my pick of this round is Manchester City's Sergio Kún Aguero.
Aguero celebrating his third goal against Huddersfield.
The Man City all-time highest goal scorer continued his impressive run in front of goal with a hatrick against Brighton and Hove Albion at the weekend and the League champions won 6-1 in their first home game.
The Argentina star gave City the lead in the 25th minute, picking up a pass out from 70 yards from goalkeeper, Ederson to chip Ben Hamer in Brighton's goal.
His second came just before the break as Hamer fumbled a Mendy cross and the petit man who was lurking, poked home for City's third of the game.
He completed his hatrick with City's fifth, when he flicked home a cross from Benjamin Mendy on the left hand side.
The hatrick becomes Aguero's 13th in his Man City career.
He's currently tied on 9 hatrick with Robbie Fowler on the highest number of Premier League hatrick and will be looking to displace Alan Shearer in number on with 11 Premier League hatrick.
What a great player Aguero is, he has many games left to equal the record and overcome him.
Almost to Cardiff's Etheridge, but Aguero's hattrick was great.
