Inflation with shaun gerow but with my add on

Inflation ??100% absolutely. But not to mention they manage to scrape what little change they can . I live in Edmonton Alberta and I went to McD's on Edmonton red deer and Calgary and I ordered the same thing but paid 3 different prices . @shaungerow . Can you explain this
