What an amazing dinner! Cauliflower, baby green beans (haricots verts), onion, almonds and hot (spicy) Capicolla sauteed in butter with salt & pepper. If you don't know what Capicolla is, it is what God grabs for a snack ahem he's cruisin' the fridge late at night. And some great cheese, of course.
