Jelly "Christmas Tree"

Although Christmas has already gone, I assure you that it will return faster than we think, because time flies. When I made this little tree with gelatin on Christmas, I did not have the opportunity to share it in steemit because of connection problems. So, today, I share with you this recipe:

The first thing we need to do is prepare red, green, white and yellow jelly. For the preparation of the red, green and yellow jellies, follow the instructions:

Use a gelatin box of 96 gr. of each colour
5 spoons of unflavored gelatin
300 grs. of sugar
4 cups of boiling water

PREPARATION OF THE JELLYS
All dry ingredients are placed in a container. They mix very well. Then the boiling water is gradually added, stirring constantly until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Let stand at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION OF WHITE OR MILK JELLY

6 cups of water or liquid milk
300 gr. of powdered whole milk
Flavored butter to taste
7 spoons of unflavored gelatin
3 cups of sugar

We divide the water into three equal parts. The first part we put to the fire until it boils. In a separate container we put another third part of the amount of water and add as a rain jelly without flavor to hydrate it. This is at room temperature. In the another third part of water we should beat the powdered milk until it has lumps and reserve it. Now the water must be boiling, we add the hydrated gelatin and the sugar and stir well until dissolved. When it is ready it is time to add the prepared milk and essence. We let it cool down to room temperature and it's ready to use.

We will have ready a mold shaped Christmas tree.

We pour green gelatin in it.

When it is hard we will place the white jelly and then the red one.

We build the star with yellow jelly using a cutter. The red jelly cut into small squares will serve to decorate and we have our delicious little Christmas tree.

Many variations can be made, making the tree larger, combining different colors, doing it with several layers (taking care to intersperse white gelatin between the layers of colors)

In this case I had an accident: The jelly broke! But ... instead of panicking I got creative and I gave it a few touches here and there that made its appearance casual as if it had been intentional! The final was like my favorite
