Man it looks great! I myself love sushi too a lot and I even have a post about one of the Sashimi dishes I ate at an amazing sushi restaurant in Italy! Maybe you can check it out?
Anyway, these dishes look delicious and I totally agree with sushi being one of the best foods out there!
