I don't think I've ever actually seen that combination, but it sounds delicious! In Spain, churros con chocolate were a pretty common thing early in the morning. I used to eat them for breakfast, albeit rarely. The young 'uns that stayed up all night partying at the discotecas could frequently be seen at the churrerías, red eyed and hungry... lol
