HOW I MADE RED BEANS WITH RED OIL || GANISHED WITH CASSAVA PROCESS(GARRI)
The last time I showed how I made white brans with red oil. Its not new to you that I have special love for this delicacy. I like beans with different species. Beans have their varieties of species base on their color and taste. This time around I felt like taking one with red color with entirely different from the previous beans white beans that I cook. Note that the kind of this specie that I want to cook follow the same process but the recipes to be used are half of the recipes and ingredients used to cook the white beans. Reason is that the red beans is more honey and naturally sweet than the white specie. So the ingredients and recipes to be added should be of small quantity.
INGREDIENTS USED
- RED BEANS
- COOKED PEPPER
- SALT
- ONION
- AND MAGGIE
PROCESS
To cook this kind of beans all you need to do is follow the normal process of taking your to wash the beans before pouring it on cooking device. After that you add your sliced onion and salt and then leave for a while. But note that this kind of specie if beans soft and cook faster than the white beans.
- After some minutes you will observe it has even soften I the face and that is where the ingredients you have prepared can now be added. And note that salt has been added at the beginning of the cooking you only need to add red oil, maggie and cooked pepper.
- Served meal
- Then after that you can now sprinkle the garri on the served beans.
