Hello Everyone!

Lets try this out.

I am just going to let everyone know about a previous blog about my signature recipe about how to make my favorite breakfast dish. First things first, you have to prepare the delicious salsa. You will need a grater in a large bowl, you then need to grate the tomatoes and or tomatillos. You then add jalapenos, onions, chopped garlic, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Next, you will need to heat up the skillet over low heat and add 3 teaspoons olive oil. Add the Salsa to the Skillet, fry the salsa in the oil until it thickens slightly. You will need to do this for about 2-3 minutes. Once its done, put the salsa in a bowl and set it aside.
Add the beans to the same pan along with the smashed garlic, half a cup of warm water and a pinch of salt. Next, cook over low heat until warmed through, smashing slightly with a bean smasher.
At the same time, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil in another skillet. Fry the eggs sunny-side up; season with pepper.
Place one warm tortilla on each plate. Divide the beans among them, then top with a fried egg, some salsa and cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with the remaining salsa and Boom your done.

Delicious Breakfast ready!
