Locally known as abacha, it is a delicious meal and food to serve and easy to prepare without going through the rigorous processing procedures.
However, it is a delight of the people of western part of the African continent, south east Nigeria in particular. There are different methods and ingredients used in making or processing of these meal depending on the individuals choice.

During meetings, traditional wedding ceremonies, village leader’s enthronement and other traditional ceremonies, they prefer to eat or serve this delicacy to their quests.

*1 TEASPOON OF SALT.
*2 CUBES OF COOKING SEASONING FLAVOUR.
*10 TEASPOON OF RED PALM OIL .
*3 TEA SPOON OF GROUND CRAFISH.
*3 BUDS OF SLICED GARDEN EGG FRUIT.
*10 SLICED SPINACH LEAVES ie GARDEN EGG LEAVES/
*1/2 (half) TEASPOON OF PEPPER.
*MEATS , COOKED ONES.
*SMOKED or DRIED FISH COOKES, COOKED ONE.
*2 TEASPOON OF POWDERED POTASH.
*1 TEASPOON OF GROUND EHU SEED ( CALABASH NUTMEG).
