1 Kilogram of white rice
1 kilogram of beef.
1 Large onion
1 paprika
1 large grated carrot.
1 tin of corn
400 grams of beans
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 spoonful of moztasa.
2 tablespoons of oil.
A little dressing (spices) to give color.
Salt pepper.

The first thing to do is to clean the meat very well and cut it into medium pieces. We chop all the vegetables, onion, paprika, beans, in small pieces, we grate the carrot, and we reserve everything in a cup together with the corn, and in another rate, the minced meat. As in the following images:

We cook the rice in a separate casserole. We take a large frying pan with the preheated oil over medium heat, and we pour all the vegetables with the corn, stir fry all the while stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Then, we pour the meat in the same pan, the mustard, the soy sauce, the desired amount of seasoning, salt, pepper and continue stirring for 5 more minutes.

Pour 400 ml of water into the pan, and let cook covered, for about 20 minutes over medium heat, taking care not to dry too much.

When the rice and meat are ready, let stand for 10 minutes. Then, in a large rate or mold, pour the rice, the meat and mix everything very well with a large wooden spoon.

And ready!! We would have ready to serve our rice with meat and corn. This recipe can accompany it with a salad of your taste, some potatoes or whatever you want and imagine.
