RE: food, nutrition and eating habits...

Nice article.
But just yesterday I watched a video about eating once a day and neglecting carbonhydrates (alsomst) completely from your diet for a maximized healthy way to eat. So yeah... dunno.

Sort:

there are many habits, not everything listed here is correct or sound, people are different. And there are other ways to nurture, one is the ketogenic diet you've seen, it's a nice concept I leave you with 2 posts here https://steemit.com/health/@lifeworship/energy-clarity-and-healthful-vitality this is some general information, really important it's gathered from many sources, I've also added some of my thoughts, and https://steemit.com/health/@jrcornel/my-experience-with-a-water-fast
you can see his experience he mad 3 posts 2 on how he got the problem and how he solved it(low testosterone spoilers :D) and this is a elaboration on the water fast, there was also a really nice series of videos from chrisbeatcancer on youtube again much like the first post he did a nice summation :)(

Cheers mate ! ! !

but i think by neglecting carbohydrates totally is not healthy, as we are depriving our bodies some important nutrients. for carbohydrates are source of energy. how can one how does alot of manual work will cope without taking carbohydrates??

Too much of everything is dangerous, therefore it is important to take in a bit of this and a bit of that. Let the body have time to work on that little then eat again
