Dulce de Leche Cake

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular birthday cake here in the Philippines. Dulce de leche cake is made up of a vanilla cake base with dulce de leche filling and dulce de leche frosting with a drizzle of caramel and topped with leche flan. Although this looks like a diabetes bomb, it really tastes amazing. I can only eat small portions of eat but I make sure that every bite counts and that I get to taste that somehow burnt, bitter, and the sweetness of the dulce de leche blend well together.
