I do crossfit 3x a week and run 4x a week.

wow nice :) then I am pretty sure you will loose fat soon (as long as the vegan food you eat does include as little processed food as possible...)

I'm trying to get better at that. I'm going to try @tedcarr melon fast once all of my garden is producing fruit to reboot my body.
