Hi steemian hope you all fine today I will discuss with you healthy food vs junk food I will personally prefer to eat food with full of health instead of eating all time from outside or junk food it is very unhygienic and made up of not healthy ingredients.
Difference in Calories
Body muscle increases if right needed calorie is being taken on daily basis Junk food has a high rate of fat and side effects for those who are health conscious. Every one wants to be fit and fabulous and for this food and dier control should be manage.
We may suffer health problems and learning skills can be dull it will make the process so slow that is being done instantly so health is wealth we should take care of it. There is also chances of increasing the dementia and diabetes diseases.
Disturbed Appetite
Over usage of junk food causes appetite problems and by this our eating routing got disturbed so badly that we will see visible results of being disorder in food so it should be adjusted on time otherwise it may become addictive like medicine drugs and will be difficult to come out of this.
Depression And Diabetes
At the age of teen it will become problems in youth that they become so addicted to junk food and loses their vision to proper health techniques so we should prefer healthy food otherwise in the young age diabetes and depression will make their space.
Just focus on healthy food and balanced diet it will result in our favor and we will be happier both with health physically and don't rely too much on junk food also focus on vegetable foods as it is full of nutrients and proteins this will boosts up our metabolism and will remain active in every aspect of life.
