Have you ever heard the word PIGAR PIGAR? Well, for some people, this word is not even a word.HAHA. but for some people this word trigger their mouth to water and tummies to go "grrr". Yep, because pigar pigar is a filipino delicacy where you can find on the streets of pangasinan, more specifically on the town of calasiao and city of dagupan.
This dish is so delecious! But the process is actually easy. First they cut the beef/cara beef/pork to thin pieces. Then they marimate it with salt and a little bit of ready made seasonings(magic sarap)where you can buy at any stores in the ph. Then, the cooking begins. They soak it in hot oil until its cooked. Then they cook it on another pan again where here they put cabbages, carrots, and onions, and i mean lots of it! After half cooking the vegies, its done! Thats it! But one more step to make this taste even more promising....prepare your "sawsawan"either you mix vinegar with salt or you mix soy with lemon. Annnnnndddddd a lot of rice, like really.
