Right?! Presentation plays a big part in fixing our taste buds. There already are a lot of unknown things in our food. I'm sure if insects were made to look this appetizing, there won't be too much of a fuss.
Also, the FDA allows some food to have a certain number of insects. Some people probably don't know they're eating insect parts when they're eating tomato soup. It's all about awareness.
