Today I want to show you some delicious "palmeritas" that I prepared at home. They are made from homemade puff pastry and are very famous, they are usually sold in various sizes in bakeries or supermarkets. I thought the preparation would be very complicated, but in reality they were very simple to make and with few ingredients. With the puff pastry dough you can prepare many sweets and one of them are these delicious "palmeritas".
