Almond Snow Cake

Yesterday my grandma did this Almond Snow Cake for my dad's birthday. Here it is the recipe:

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 180 grams of sugar
• 180 grams of almond meal
• 1 orange (zest)
• 30 grams of self-raising flour

Directions

Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar to the whites.

Add the egg yolks and the almond meal to the egg white and sugar mixture.

Mix in the orange zest and the cake flour.

Prepare the cake pan. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C.
