can we take a moment about my poached egg game?
my poached eggs are at a level now that makes the whole poached game a complete makeover and it's only day two with the usage of the induction machine, no timer, just gut instinct. i absolutely love poached eggs but they gotta be right, these badboys with a crumpet, some rock salt, some pepper and some sriracha. oh man.. ..

Oh dayum, poached egg with a crumpet, that looks damn tasty. The juices all in those crumpet holes, its downright lewd.
I love them in eggs benedict, especially with a great hollandaise sauce!
yeah for real, but again the sauce has to be on point. it can RUIN the whole meal if they ain't on point!

I love poached eggs too, but I cheat by using a poached egg pan. It makes upto 3 perfect poached eggs at a time, although I only ever make 2. On toast with butter, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper.... mmmm.... delicious. The only other difference is I like mine soft so the yolk runs everywhere!
yeah i just got an induction thing and i'm getting used to it. mine are normally super running but i like both, add some smashed avocado and i'm set for my perfect breakfast! :)
