First add oil/ghee in pressure cooker, then leave it for a while after
after heating oil add mustard seeds or cumin seed, after crackling the cumin seeds,you may add onion but fry them until they change into golden brown. After that add chopped tomato and then salt according to taste. Then saute it. Then add red chilli powder, then add cauliflower pieces, potato slices and you can add vegetable which do you like. Them mix all vegetables and then add oatmeal (but you have to washed the oatmeal). Then mix it all well. and in last add 3-4 glass of water and then close the pressure cooker and wait for 203 whistles.
