Mermelada de mango crudo
Mango is one of our favorite fruits. There is very rare people around us who do not like to eat mangoes. Mango is one of the most delicious fruit in the subcontinent. It is usually green in its raw state and yellow in its ripe state or sometimes it turn into red.
There are different types of mangoes and each one has different taste, smell and health benefits. Everyone likes ripe mango. But the health benefits of raw mango are not less than ripe mango. Raw mango tastes sour and it really makes your mouth fill with water. With this raw we can cook different types of recipe. I have cooked raw mango jam.
INGREDIENTS
Raw Mangoe 750 gm
Sugar 2 cup
Cinnamomum tamala/ bay leaf
Cinnamon 2 pics
Cardamom 2pics
Step 1
At first take Take some raw mango(750 gm) and a fork tea spoon and leak every peaces of the Mango like this way.

Than I put all these mangoes in the cold water and wait for 6 hour. Its necessary because this water will lite the sour taste.
Now take back all the mangoes from the cold water and again put all the mangoes in the hot water.
Wait Until it comes to the room temperature.
Step3
Heres I have Sugar 2 cup, Cinnamomum tamala/ bay leaf, Cinnamon 2 pics and Cardamom 2pics.
Step4
Now I heat 2 cup of water and put all the sugar in it to make caramel.
Now put all the bay leaf, Cinnamon and Cardamom.
step 5
When the caramel becomes a little bit of Raw than put all the mango slices in it and cook it 45 munites.
When the color of mango turned into brown stop the heat.
Now cool down for two ours .
