Bahan:
1 kg ikan patin
Bumbu Halus:
7 butir bawang merah
10 buah cabai merah
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
Bumbu Geprek:
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai
1 ruas lengkuas
2 biji asam matang
1 sdm terasi palembang
air secukupnya
gula dan garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam panci.
Tambahkan bumbu geprek dan air, lalu aduk rata.
Tambahkan gula dan garam.
Masukkan potongan ikan ke dalam panci.
Masak sampai ikan matang.
Angkat dan siap disajikan.
