Hummus
Ingredients
- 300 g peas, boiled, drained
- 200 g of pasta tahina
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 ml of ice water
- Mint leaves, for decoration
Complementary
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 60ml of olive oil
The steps
- Put peas, pasta tahina, lemon juice, salt, and ice water in a blender bowl. Process until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl, sprinkle with pepper powder and sprinkle olive oil.
- Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
