Delicious and Healthy: Mussles with mustard sauce and Feta cheese
Greece is a small country with big history, surrounded by the sea in the south of Europe. One of the greatest parts of its culture is the delicious cuisine.
Seafood is a big part of the nutrition here and mussels is an excellent appetizer every season of the year.
One very popular way to serve fresh mussels is to fry them in a pan with virgin olive oil, mustard, some chili pepper and Feta cheese and sprinkle the dish with some fresh herbs.
