preparing food at Apo Island
The third day we went to apo island where i prepared lunch for my guests.
Raw Scallops ready to be grilled.
the kitchen was open luckily there were no flies.Some months flies are problem in this Island.
on the left is raw fish for sweet and sour, must be cooked twice.
Sauteed shrimps.
