FRIED RIVER PERCH.
Composition:
River perch – 1 kg.
Flour – 4 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Universal seasoning Maggi.
Method of preparation:
1. River perch to clean, gut, wash, add seasoning Maggi. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
2. Flour mixed with salt and pepper. Coat the perch in flour, fry on high heat in vegetable oil for 5 minutes each side. Then cover with a lid and keep on slow fire 5-7 minutes.
3. Perch ready.
