Nut-cereal cookies with raisins and cranberries
oat flakes 1 glass
walnuts ½ cup
cranberry, dried ⅓ glass
almonds ¼ cup
cucumber seeds ¼ cup
sunflower seeds ¼ cup
honey ¼ cup
sugar ¼ cup
flax seeds 1 tbsp.
sesame 1 tbsp.
raisin black 1 tbsp.
Butter 15 g
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the flakes, crushed nuts, almonds (pre-chop), pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds. Dry all about 7 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
Pour into a deep bowl, add cranberries with raisins, mix well.
Stirring, heat medium-heat in a deep frying pan for about 5 minutes a mixture of honey with butter and sugar until a brownish color appears.
Pour caramel cereals, quickly and thoroughly mix.
Transfer the nut-and-cereal cookies with raisins and cranberries to a form lined with parchment, cover with a sheet of paper and tighten with effort, let stand for a couple of hours, cut with a sharp knife into pieces.
