Udon soup. Recipe
Traditional Japanese soup - quickly and without frills, but very tasty! Especially would like to lovers of spicy
You will need:
- Egg noodles (udon)
- Soy sauce
- Quail eggs
- Chili
- Sesame

Cooking method:
- Put in a pan the water in an amount of 3 cups of water for 2 servings of noodles
- After boiling, pour the noodles in a saucepan and allow to boil
- After 3 minutes, pour 100 ml of cold soy sauce, add chilli and sesame. Again bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute

- Pour into a bowl broth with noodles and immediately to break the quail egg (possible two)

- Mix, waiting, when the protein is cooked and served. Done!
