Noodle Pad Thai. Vegetarian recipe
A delicious recipe for Thai rice noodle with pineapple.
A vegetarian option, but chicken can also be used instead of the soy
You will need:
- Soy pieces
- Canned pineapple (ideally - pieces)
- Rice noodles
- Pad Thai Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Chili (fresh or dried)
- Green Beans / mixture of vegetables (eg Mexican)
Cooking method:
- Boil the soy slices until their willingness
- Pour the rice noodles with boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, then just discard in a colander
